1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within the same day, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • Processing times may be extended during:

    • Product launches

    • Promotional periods

    • High-demand seasons

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.


2. Shipping Destinations

  • JAAY Maison currently ships within Côte d’Ivoire only.

  • International shipping is available upon request, at the customer’s expense.

  • Customers wishing to place an international order must contact us prior to purchase via:

Shipping fees, delivery timelines, and any applicable customs charges for international orders will be communicated and agreed upon before the order is confirmed.


3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

    • Destination

    • Weight and size of the package

    • Shipping method selected

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


4. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary by destination and are provided at checkout. These are estimates only and may be affected by:

  • Courier delays

  • Customs clearance

  • Local delivery conditions

JAAY Maison does not guarantee delivery dates.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee.

  • Customers are solely responsible for any customs charges imposed by their country.


6. Incorrect Address Information

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

  • JAAY Maison is not liable for delays, losses, or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Orders returned due to incorrect address information may be subject to re-shipping fees.


7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

  • JAAY Maison is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or customs authorities.

  • Once an order is marked as delivered, responsibility for the package passes to the customer.

  • JAAY Maison is not liable for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.


8. Shipping of Wigs & Custom Orders

  • Wigs and customised items may require additional processing time.

  • Estimated delivery timelines for such items will be communicated at checkout or by email.


9. Refused or Unclaimed Packages

  • Packages refused or unclaimed by the customer may not be eligible for a refund.

  • Any additional costs incurred (return shipping, customs fees) will be deducted where applicable.
