At JAAY Maison, each piece — whether clothing, jewellery, or wigs — is carefully selected and quality-checked. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. General Policy – Please Read Carefully
Due to hygiene, safety, and quality-control reasons:

All jewellery and wigs sales are final

Clothing returns are accepted only under strict conditions (see Section 4)
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Change of mind
-
Personal preference
-
Incorrect size selection
-
Normal wear and tear
2. Jewellery & Wigs – Final Sale
For hygiene and health reasons:

Jewellery and wigs cannot be returned or exchanged

This includes:
-
Earrings, necklaces, rings, bracelets
-
Wigs (customised or non-customised)
-
Once delivered, these items are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
3. Defective or Incorrect Items (All Categories)
If you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To submit a claim, please provide:

Your order number

Clear photos and/or videos
-
A short explanation of the issue
Claims submitted after 24 hours will not be accepted.
4. Clothing Returns (Eligible Items Only)
Clothing items may be eligible for return only if all the following conditions are met:

The item is unworn, unwashed, and unused

All original tags are attached
-
The item is returned in its original packaging

The return request is made within 24 hours of delivery

The item is not marked as Final Sale
⚠️ Items that show signs of wear, perfume, deodorant, makeup stains, or damage will be refused.
5. Resolution for Approved Claims
If your claim is approved, JAAY Maison reserves the right to offer:

A replacement (subject to availability), or
-
Store credit of equal value
💡 Refunds are issued only in exceptional cases, at the sole discretion of JAAY Maison.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Non-Eligible Issues
The following are not considered defects:

Slight colour differences due to lighting or screen settings

Minor variations in fabric texture or finish

Natural shedding of wigs within acceptable limits

Damage caused by improper handling, heat, water, chemicals, or styling products
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
JAAY Maison is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the courier but subsequently lost or stolen.
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and secure.
